Tai Chi


TAI CHI is a simple form of exercise performed as a series of Slow , Graceful, Controlled Body Movement remaining straight and uplift . It is based on the basic principle of nature like Balance, Harmony, Stability , Continuity and flow of life in different forms. It is also known as “ Medication and Meditation in Motion “
TAI CHI is both a Physical and Mental Exercise , incorporating the concept of  YIN  AND  YANG   or opposing and complementary forces within the body and Qi ( Chi) , the vital energy or life forces. The belief is that Chi follows pathways in the body called meridians, circulating this vital life force and it promotes wellness. When there is a blockages or stagnation of this energy it caused  physical or emotional stress or trauma . Hence some of the major Challenges  in the life of adults in this  modern era:
Fast lifestyle , competition, deadlines and targets, bad food habits ,  bad posture for long working hours in laptop,  lack of body awareness that causes stress, back pain spondylitis, sore eyes pain in wrists and fingers.
Challenges in life of elderly : old age is a period of gradual physical decline. one does begin to slow down physical leading to lethargy and lack of interest . mental disorder are very much associated with the old age , decline in mental ability increase dependency . social life is narrowed down by loss of work and weak health restrict them to participate in social activities.
Challenges for Kids : lack of concentration, lack of confidence  Exam stress , Low creativity and poor academic performance.

Here regular practice of Tai Chi builds strength, enhance muscle tone and improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and lower blood pressure. Tai  chi brings tranquillity, distress mind and help to think more clearly.

CHAKRAS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE FUNCTIONS

CHAKRAS AND ITS FUNCTION

 

CHAKRA   derived from the Sanskrit words, chakra means wheel and refers  to energy points in our body. We not only have a our visible  physical body  but also an invisible physical body that is known as the energy body, etheric body or simply known as Aura. These two bodies are interconnected with each other , what effects one ,effects the other.

In this invisible energy body there are energy channel and energy centres know as the chakras . Chakras are like power plants that provide energy for the proper functioning of the body. In Simple words , Its a different platforms from where our  trains passes through, here  energy centre named as chakras that will be the platform and train denots the nadis that gets connected with different chakras . if there is any congestion or depletion in the chakras it impacts on our visible physical body. This malfunctioning of this chakras causes disease in physical body. Hence  We must learn to keep our chakras clean and align to get the proper signal to pass the train for    smooth running through this platform.

 Many spiritual schools talk about 11 or 9 chakras but the major 7 chakras are discussed whole widely . There are some minor chakras also named as – forehead , sole chakra and many more.....

Each seven chakras regulates the organs of our visible physical body , they not only have physical diameter but also effects emotionally

The 7 major energy centres namely are –

PSYCHOLOGICAL FUNCTION   -  IT REPRESENTS OUR FOUNDATION AND FEELING OF BEING GROUNDED ,  CAREER , MONEY SAFETY , STABILITY . KINGDOM, SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSMEN OR DYNAMIC EXECUTIVES HAVE ACTIVED BASIC CHAKRA.

PHYSIOLOGICAL FUNCTION :  IT CONTROLS SKELETON AND MUSCULAR SYSTEM , LEGS, PRODUCTION OF BLOOD , TISSUES AND CELLS.

MALFUNCTIONING  FUNCTION : Makes plan but donot execute them, keeping in hold, difficult in finding jobs , weak performance at work, impractical, unrealistic , depression, suicidial tendency

PSYCHOLOGICAL FUNCTION   -  OUR CONNECTION AND ABILITY TO ACCEPT OTHERS AND NEW EXPERIENCE , PLESSURE, LOVE , RELATIONSHIP ,

PHYSIOLOGICAL FUNCTION :  IT CONTROLS THE URETHA , BLADDER , SEX ORGANS INCLUDING URINARY ORGANS, IT GIVES ENERGY TO UPPER CHAKRAS ,

MALFUNCTIONING  FUNCTION :  URINARY PROBLEM, MENTAL RETARDATION, FERTILITY ETC

 

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA

PSYCHOLOGICAL FUNCTION  -  CENTER OF HIGHER CREATIVITY, SPIRITUAL BRIDGE TO THE HIGHER WORLD, CENTRE OF CONCRETE MIND STUDYING , PLANNING, PAINTING , ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE , SELF EXPRESSION

PHYSIOLOGICAL FUNCTION :  IT CONTROLS THYROID, VOICE BOX ,GLANDS, TEETH, RESPIRATORY SYSTEM

MALFUNCTIONING FUNCTION:  SORE THROAT, LOSS OF VOICE, GOITRE ETC.

 

AJNA  CHAKRA

OTHER NAME   THIRD EYE  CHAKRA         

                          

LOCATION -  FOREHEAD BETWEEN THE EYES

COLOUR -  INDIGO

MANTRA – SHAAM

DIETY -   ARDH  NARESHWAR

PSYCHOLOGICAL FUNCTION  -  CENTRE OF INTELLIGENT WILL, ABILITY TO GIVE DIRECTION TO OTHERS , MANAGING RESOURCES AND PEOPLE , ABILITY TO SMILE EVEN UNDER STRESS, HIGHLY INTUITIVE, IMAGINATION ,AND  WISDOM

PHYSIOLOGICAL FUNCTION :  IT  CONTROLS PITUITARY GLAND AND ENDOCRINE GLAND, BRAIN, EYES , NOSE.

MALFUNCTIONING FUNCTION :  DIFFICULTY IN PRODUCING RESULTS, TALK BIG BUT NOT PRODUCTIVE.

CROWN   CHAKRA

OTHER NAME – SAHASARA CHAKRA            


  

LOCATION -  VERY TOP OF THE HEAD

COLOUR -  VIOLET

MANTRA – OM

DIETY -   SHIVA

PSYCHOLOGICAL FUNCTION  -  CENTER OF SPIRITUAL CONSCIOUSNESS AND DIVINE ONENESS, CENTRE OF HIGHER INTUITION , FEEL LOVE FOR EVERYTHING MADE BY GOD., ABILITY TO FULLY CONNECTED WITH SPIRITUALITY, PURE BLISS, INNER AND OUTER BEAUTY.

PHYSIOLOGICAL FUNCTION :  IT CONTROLS PINEAL GLANDS , BRAIN , NERVOUS SYSTEM .

MALFUNCTIONING FUNCTION :  IT MAY EFFECT PINEAL GLAND AND BRAIN AND CAUSE PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL FUNCTION ILLNESS.

Basic Benefits of Meditation :

It reduces anxiety and stress, one of the most common problem in today world. Boost the immune system, increase compassion and loving kindness ,make better decision , reduce chronic pain ,it Promotes Emotional Health, Enhances self awareness and Divine Guidance.

Mindfulness Meditation : This type of meditation ha been popularized as a method for combating the stress of daily life . it act as a present movement awareness without judgement “ in other words, you aren’t trying to be different from how you are already are, in fact you don’t have to reject your thoughts or force yourself to stop thinking . Rather , you focus your attention on the precise details of your present experience regardless of whether it is difficult or easy , pleasant or uncomfortable.

Mantra Meditation : it derives from the Sanskrit words Man means mind and tra means tools. Therefore mantra is a tool for mind on the path of enlightenment. It can also be your daily positive affirmation – I am healthy and very happy “  “i allow myself to receive love “, i am financially abundant , money flows easily into my life . and many more....

Transcendental Meditation : it also called vedic meditation . this practice is based on the understanding that while the mind may have disturbances and agitation at the surface level, it is naturally peaceful. Think of the ocean : if you’re on the surface , you may experience huge storms and waves . but in the vastness underneath the surface , the water is calm.

Yoga Meditation : it refers to create : union between the self and the divine “  y= ACTION , O= EVOLUTION , G= KNOWLEDGE , A= MASTERY OF SELF.

Chakra Meditation :  In Sanskrit chakra means wheel , it is an interconnected energy centre or transitioning points of power , located at various position throughout the body. The seven major chakras with their colours and sound are mentioned below :

Crown – Violet- om Aum

AJNA CHAKRA –  DEEP BLUE – AUM

THROAT CHAKRA – LIGHT BLUE – HUMMM

HEART CHAKRA – GREEN – YUMM

SOLAR PLEXUS – YELLOW - RAAM

SACRAL CHAKRA – ORANGE –VAMM

BASIC CHAKRA – RED – LAAM

Kundalini Meditation :  It refers to as electric plug point in your body , and the electricity available through that plug point in the term of energy. It is a very powerful meditation and always  recommended to handle with care or under the guidance of your teacher.

 Qigong Meditation: Its played an important role in ancient chinese medicine , it refers to the physical  movement of the body in order to stimulate and manipulate the chi energy .



Guided Meditation : One of the best meditation for beginners is  Twin Heart meditation a guided meditation by Master Cho Kok Sui founder of Pranic Healing. I loved to do this meditation everyday and its transform my life.  Here master  well explained about two heart , one heart is for our outer world that represents Heart chakras and the other is connected with Divine resides in our top of the head Crown Chakra.

MEDITATION 1.0

              Exploring   Meditation


   Many of us were familiar with the word Meditation, But do we know the actual meaning of meditation or, how to do it. In simple words we can define meditation as a state of “ thoughtless awarenessit is not an act of doing – it is a state of awareness”, deep peace that occurs when mind is calm , silent and yet alert.





 

 

ESSENCE of MEDITATION:

Meditation is a means of transforming the mind, it is a form of resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness  that is totally different  from the normal waking state. When you meditate, you are fully aware and alert , but your mind is not focused on the external world or on the events taking place around you. Meditation requires inner stillness and calmness of the mind, so that the concentration  becomes strong, and when the mind is calm and no longer distracts your meditation deepens.

Lets take an example, In the simplest form we can say that when a child keep his focus on drawing and inspite of calling his/her name 3-4 times ,he  does not respond to your voice , although he is aware of his surrounding, and was completely present at that room , but his mind totally focused on that painting which he was creating and he does not listen until his mother went and shiver him from his work, this is called a meditative state of mind which involves focusing on a particular object. 

In meditation, focusing on a particular object can be your – Breath, a Mantra , a Visualization, or a physical object.

Did any or more of these meditation techniques speak to you ? Remember ultimately it does not matter which technique you choose, what does matter , is that you choose  a style that allows you to integrate the qualities you experience during your meditation practice – calmness , empathy ,mindfulness – energises the rest of your day.


 







Methods of doing meditation:

 

The best way to practice the meditation is along with the five elements – Air, water, fire , earth, and space.

Do some physical exercise for detoxification , it will keep you awaken and you will not feel sleepy while doing the meditation.

Choose a comfortable position to sit  or lie down ,keep your spine straight , don’t bend it ....always be in a receptive pose ,your  hands and leg should not be in a crossed way,  play some soft music so that it will not distract you from the outer noise .

 If you are doing in a room better to switch off the light ,make it a dark place and just lit a candle or a diva.... remember if everything around you seems dark look again you may be the light “”””””””  keep some  water beside you , Gently close your eyes take some deep breath in and out , inhale through your nose, take all positive vibes – happiness, love , peace  and exhale through your mouth –hhhhaaaaaaaaa – anger , irritation, fear , unworthiness etc all that you want to release from your life. Inhale through your nose exhale through your mouth , Do it again and again at least 12 times.You can continue doing this until you feel to do it.

You can also chant some mantras that purifies your body , the sound of “OM”(pronounced:aa-uu-eemm) ...... it has a power of three almighty Brahma the creator, Vishnu the protector and Shiva the destroyer ,keeping the intension that we are calling the divine energy within us, to create the wellness ,protect the wellbeing and destroy the evil inside me.

In the same way we have different sound for different chakras of the body which will be explained further in the next post.

NOTE- If you want to adapt the the correct position of meditation in your daily life do read this post 2-3 times a day as it will act as a guide to the brain.

“Its my Birthday today, and suddenly I got divinely guidance to start my Blogging.  My eyes kept watching the laptop and  I took it in my lapse and started to create my Blog. I took  Healing as my profession in 2012 when I was completely break through my life , and it was totally transformed after I joined pranic healing. after few years I realised that this is not an end , I have to grow more and my urge to learn something new makes me stand here. I have mastered  many more modelities such as Reiki , lama fera , Angel healing , Akashic records , Mudras , Tarot card reading , numerology etc... and I still believe that there is a lot more to learn.








My journey into spirituality helps me to overcome my challenges in day to day life and here I came up with an idea to help others too to overcome with their challenges.

 

 

As no one in this planet will be free from problems , every person is going through some ups and downs in their life. Being a healer I can’t promise you that problems will never arise in your life,but with my guidance it will definitely help you to handle it in a better way and the next time when you face a similar kind of problem you can deal in a better way and this is what I mean from you all.
