Basic Benefits of Meditation :
It reduces anxiety
and stress, one of the most common problem in today world. Boost the immune
system, increase compassion and loving kindness ,make better decision , reduce
chronic pain ,it Promotes Emotional Health, Enhances self awareness and Divine
Guidance.
Mindfulness Meditation : This type of meditation ha been
popularized as a method for combating the stress of daily life . it act as a
present movement awareness without judgement “ in other words, you aren’t
trying to be different from how you are already are, in fact you don’t have to
reject your thoughts or force yourself to stop thinking . Rather , you focus
your attention on the precise details of your present experience regardless of
whether it is difficult or easy , pleasant or uncomfortable.
Mantra Meditation : it derives from the Sanskrit words
Man means mind and tra means tools. Therefore mantra is a tool for mind on the
path of enlightenment. It can also be your daily positive affirmation – I am
healthy and very happy “ “i allow myself
to receive love “, i am financially abundant , money flows easily into my life
. and many more....
Transcendental Meditation : it also called vedic meditation .
this practice is based on the understanding that while the mind may have
disturbances and agitation at the surface level, it is naturally peaceful.
Think of the ocean : if you’re on the surface , you may experience huge storms
and waves . but in the vastness underneath the surface , the water is calm.
Yoga Meditation : it refers to create : union
between the self and the divine “ y=
ACTION , O= EVOLUTION , G= KNOWLEDGE , A= MASTERY OF SELF.
Chakra Meditation :
In Sanskrit chakra means wheel , it is an interconnected energy centre
or transitioning points of power , located at various position throughout the
body. The seven major chakras with their colours and sound are mentioned below
:
Crown –
Violet- om Aum
AJNA CHAKRA
– DEEP BLUE – AUM
THROAT
CHAKRA – LIGHT BLUE – HUMMM
HEART CHAKRA
– GREEN – YUMM
SOLAR PLEXUS
– YELLOW - RAAM
SACRAL
CHAKRA – ORANGE –VAMM
BASIC CHAKRA
– RED – LAAM
Kundalini Meditation :
It refers to as electric plug point in your body , and the electricity
available through that plug point in the term of energy. It is a very powerful
meditation and always recommended to
handle with care or under the guidance of your teacher.
Qigong Meditation: Its played an important role in
ancient chinese medicine , it refers to the physical movement of the body in order to stimulate and
manipulate the chi energy .
Guided Meditation : One of the best meditation for
beginners is Twin Heart meditation a
guided meditation by Master Cho Kok Sui founder of Pranic Healing. I loved to
do this meditation everyday and its transform my life. Here master
well explained about two heart , one heart is for our outer world that
represents Heart chakras and the other is connected with Divine resides in our
top of the head Crown Chakra.
